Kanyamunyu

In a bid prevent the bird from flying away, I took this from a distance. This bird is called, in my indigenous language, Kanyamunyu. It's famous for its small legs, and the story behind this bird is that it once kicked heaven and said a man tries...

Reminds me of a Sunflower!

You can only find this dainty flower in the home of Countryboy(i)!

Can't wait to have my own farm!

Along the Village Path

I took a picture of my leg supported on my foot enjoying a lonely walk down the village path

Man in the Side Mirror

I was on the passenger seat and Aivo was in the back, seemingly having a good time, and I was following the 'footage' in the side mirror and luckily I had my camera with me...snap!

March of Grief

The solemn march from the deep of Mityana village for the burial of the late Susan Bamutenda. Ms. Bamutenda was a gifted, professional Ugandan dancer and dance instructor who died on Saturday, February 27, of a blood clot. You can read more about her sudden passing here and here. May the merciful God rest her soul in everlasting peace.
